Das Weisse Haus is an old pilot's house with blue framed windows. The oak tables are modestly but stylishly laid. Colourful tealights provide a dash of colour. The chef Marcus Grasselt uses fresh locally sourced ingredients. Lunch is popular with the office crowd. Excellent 2 to 4 course menus are served in the evening. The restaurant also has a good wine selection. The waiters and waitresses are dressed in black and white and tourists appreciate the advice and service they provide.
