PHOENIX Restaurant & Bar opened in december 2015 in the famous hightower Dreischeibenhaus in downtown Düsseldorf. It is a treasured place to have good food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The Phoenix restaurant was designed by Irina Kromayer and Etienne Descloux, who took up, continued and reinterpreted heritage-protected materials, shapes and colors of the historic house. Quotes from the 1960s, such as the petrol blue and the natural stone floor, meet contemporary elements in the Phoenix.The chef Philipp Wolter and his crew serve modern interpreted dishes which are seasonal and always in a high quality. For lunch a daily changing dish is served. In the evening you can enjoy classical and local drinks at the bar, where bar food is offered. On the PHOENIX menu are dishes like marinated foie gras, grilled codfish or fillet of dry aged beef and lukewarm crème brûlée. The wine list includes excellent wines from all over the world.Please be aware that we also have a privat area for Fine Dining-Bel Ètage that our customers can rent on the 1st Floor with capacity until 30 Persons, as a Event Location on the 22nd Floor with a outside Bar Area with a view all over Düsseldorf and capacity until 200 Persons.The next subway and tram station “Schadowstraße“ is only 150 meters away from the restaurant. The entrance is located in the foyer of the Dreischeibenhaus.
